Insist on doing one thing seems simple, but hard in reality. For example, running every afternoon after work, reading at every night. Things look so simple and easy for us, right?
Most of people can insist on doing one of them in a day, a week or even longer. But few of them can keep on doing those.It’s normal in our daily life. It makes me remember one story” Pople like study, they like the feeling of study, but not the study itself.” We want to change ourselves and used to do things enthusiastically, when the time goes by, we will no longer keep the enthusiasm.
When i realized this probelm, i felt sad. We can’t insist on doing everything all the time. But i think it is easy to make a small goal and then accomplish it. It’s important to know your strengths and weaknesses when you want to change yourself.
I know it’s hard for me to write article everyday, so i make a small goal, 4 new articles every month, I did it at last.
After that, i have deeper understanding about”Insist on doing one thing”, most of us think that sticking to one thing is to do the same thing every day. It’s not ture. The real about insist on doing one thing is different for different people. We need to know things that we are good at and shortcomings. Then decided how to “Insist on”.The right solution is the beginning of a successful practice.
