What Is Raphael

Raphael is known as being a healer because of the records of healings performed by him throughout literature. The angel Raphael is not named in the canonical Bible, he is mentioned in the apocryphal Book of Tobit, a book included in the Catholic and some Episcopal and Lutheran Bibles. Raphael’s name originates from the Hebrew word “Rafa’el”, it means means ” God Heals”, or “Rophe”, or ” medicine doctor”.

Archangel Raphael is the archangel that supervises healers and healing for all Earth’s population. It’s sensible for everyone to call upon Archangel Raphael for his help in healing.

This Angel represents the ability contained within each of us to heal ourselves if we can shift our consciousness into a state where we truly believe that Spirit has gifted each of us with it’s vast creative and healing powers.

Working with this Archangel offers protection both for the healer and the person seeking healing.
